Three step interview process. I was contacted within 2 weeks of submitting my application. I had a great phone interview, very light and basic. I connected well with my interviewer. The second interview was a Skype interview and although I prepared my notes, the questions had me on my feet and a few caught me off guard. Very friendly and warm staff. I've been invited to a third interview. I very impressed by the positive work culture and diversity on the staff. The organization seems very aware of the needs of the population they serve.
