J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez TechValidate Software (Portland, OR) en nov. 2018
Entretien
I interviewed at the SuveryMonkey office in Portlad, Oregon. I had a 30 minute call with HR, then 30-minutes with the hiring manager/Director of Customer Success at TechValidate. Following those calls, I was asked to complete an online writing assessment/role play email to a client who wasn't responding to consistent outreach. Finally, I completed 2 hours of in-person interviewing with 4 members of the Customer Success Org at Survey Monkey. I met with each person 1:1 for 30 minutes, answering standard interview questions. Most questions were repeats from person to person, just asked in slightly different ways. To be honest, it wasn't a difficult process, but it was definitely the most exhausting interview process I've been through (especially after working a 9-hour day).

How would you get in touch with a client who isn't responding to regular outreach, but has a renewal coming up?
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez TechValidate Software (San Francisco, CA) en avr. 2017
Entretien
Pretty standard. 1 phone screen interview with a recruiter (Survey Monkey), 1 phone interview with a sales rep (Tech Validate), and 3 to 4-hour on-site interview (4 different representatives). Questions aren't hard and also be open minded for role-playing.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez TechValidate Software (Emeryville, CA) en févr. 2017
Entretien
Hour long phone screen, 60% conversational, 40% technical. 2-3 hour design challenge, 5 hour onsite interview which was highly technical including 2 working team exercises. Very intellectually challenging lead interviewer -- not in a bad way.
