Unprofessional approach: - Contacted outside of work hours and kept requesting work (Interviews, questionnaires etc) on weekends despite being informed of the situation. - Extremely vague answers to all questions, if they answer them at all. - Informed at the very last step that the job isn't actually a position but rather as a Independent Contractor, yet still paying below market rate even for the position, not taking any employee benefits into account.
