The interview has multiple steps. In my experience, all steps have been remote (phone/zoom). 1. Initial screening with a recruiter, 2. Zoom interview with VP focused on leadership. 3. Three separate case interviews where they give you a case packet an hour before the interview. One is about interpreting financial reports and indentifying issues and opportunities. Another is dealing with difficult personnel issues. And another is about strategy/market analysis/marketing and finding creative ways of growing a business.

The interview process with Teamshares was one of the most professional that I have been through recently. The recruiter was very thorough and great about following up. The process includes two case study interviews.

Initial phone screening with a single interviewer with basic background questions asked. Record 2 videos answering select questions (situational, not something you prepare for). 3, 25 minute interviews with separate representatives that are centered around 3 case studies.
