The option to spend up to four weeks at our HQ is intended as a flexible opportunity to support learning and collaboration and to make the start easier for both sides. This extended onboarding is always discussed individually, and if travelling or staying at our HQ is not possible, we consistently find alternative solutions that work for everyone.
