First step: An interview
Individual interview with the hiring manager. Interviewer asked questions about qualifications, skills, work history and experience.
Second step: Assignment of tasks
Different tasks relevant to the future job. In this way both the recruiter and the candidate could see if both met the needs of the company and the candidate.
