      Entretien

      I applied throught Teamviewer´s platform. They contacted me via mail in around 24 hours to invite me to the first interview. The first interview was done by phone with the Talent Acquisition Partner. It took around 25 min and this interview was done with the objective to introduce myself and that I get to know more about the company. After the first interview 5 minutes later I received via email another invitation for the second interview. The second interview was done by phone with the department´s managers in order to get to know my proffesional experience in the field of customer support as well as to provide me further information about the Customer Support department. After the second interview I received within 10 min another invitation for the third and last interview. For the last interview I had to prepare a Power Point Presentation about me, as well as, to provide answers to a situation/problem that I could face in the daily labor. What I would like to emphasize was that during the whole process I felt really confident as all of the people who interviewed me were so kind and nice with me. This is the first time I have an interview, where I can talk about my personal life too and not only my skills for a position. Finally, almost 2 weeks and a half after the first contact with Teamviewer I received the great news that I got the job :)

      The process consisted of three stages: an interview with a recruiter, a meeting with team leaders (including a technical assignment), and finally a self-introduction followed by a meeting with the prospective team. Everything ran smoothly and was genuinely enjoyable. Everyone I met was very professional, while also creating a friendly and relaxed environment. They communicated their expectations clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. I can honestly say it was one of the best recruitment experiences I’ve had — fair, well-organized, and grounded in respect and excellent communication.

      It is the first time I genuinely enjoy the recruitment process. After the first interview, with the HR department, I've been advised of each following step and allowed to prepare myself for a professional role play, according to a plan provided to me. Invited to a second interview, I met the Team leads. As a team, they used informal but structured talk to understand my way of thinking, observing my interactions while validating my professional skills. The whole experience seemed totally natural and felt like infused with empathy and positive energy. After one hour of interview, I still wanted to know more about those people and their company. I think I enjoyed the whole experience because I was genuinely shown respect. Ending the interview, I felt both happy and sad, like closing a book just after reading the last chapter of a good story. I definitely wanted to be told again about it.

      The interview process was divided in three different stages. The first one, was a quite relaxed meeting with a Recruiter. The scope of the interview was to to get to know me better (motivation, work experience etc.) The Recruiter made a great job in making me feel at ease. The second one, was with the same Recruiter and two managers of the Customer Support Department. There were more specific questions to assess if would fit the role. There was also a mock phone call with an angry customer. The third one, was a final round where I had to give a presentation about myself and answer some other questions. It was a great opportunity also to ask more about TeamViewer and to meet other members of the Customer Support Team
