Eligible candidates were shortlisted by an external job consultancy agency based on qualifications and were asked to report for personal interview at Team Sustain Office located at Cochin. Interview board consisted of two members, one from technical department and other from HR department. Basic technical questions on electricity and their energy conversion processes were asked. Knowledge of basic drafting on AutoCAD was an added advantage from recruiters' point of view concerning the job.

Being under the impression of the job being related to design, the most unexpected question asked was my willingness to travel (80%) as the job required very less design exposure and more site duty at various parts of North India.

The interview was conducted by HR manager in the presence of senior operation manager.
The interviewers were very friendly and questions were straight forward.
Asked about engineering problems solving questions. The questions were mostly technical.
