Interview process started out very strong. Within a couple days of applying, I was asked to upload a private YouTube video detailing my management style (as well as answering a few basic management questions). I was then asked up to set up a phone interview. Within a couple of days, I was asked to meet with the Director of People & Culture. It was a pleasant experience and fairly easy interview.
The 1on1 interview was on August 16th. I was told that it may be a couple of weeks because their team was in the "busy season," interviewing for host positions. (immediate red flag).
I got the final rejection (which was nicely written) on September 13th.
Going a month with no follow up is unprofessional. So much time had passed that I had already received another offer with another company and started a new job by the time I heard back from Teambuilding.
I am glad that it worked out the way it did but for future job seekers, don't expect this company to respect your time.
