I had the chance to meet with members of both the technical and design teams during my interview and left with a great impression of everyone I spoke with. From my fairly brief introduction the overall atmosphere at Teal is fun and approachable, everything you would hope to find in an early stage company with seemingly few of the downsides. I would apply here again if the opportunity arose.
