      The hiring process was extremely unprofessional and disorganized. Did the first HR interview on a Thursday and was told I'd get an update at the end of the day or the following Monday. I get an email three days later saying they'd update me in the next few days on the process instead. I wait 10 DAYS until their next response which they finally give me an update on the first interview I did with them. They said they already have candidates in the advanced stages of the process and will not be looking to advance anyone else. To make it even worse, they don't even outright reject me, they state that "in the next few days, we will update you regarding the process again so you can know your status". So after two weeks of waiting for an update on the first interview I did with them, they cannot even give me a clear answer. How unprofessional is it to tell me at the end of my first interview that I'd get an update the day of or by latest the following Monday, only to get constantly pushed back and receive an update TWO WEEKS later. Not to mention, I had to reach out first to get a response since they couldn't bother to email me first. I would rather be outright rejected so I can move on rather than have vague emails stating they'd update me but never do. For a company this big, they should not be this unprofessional with their candidates. Do better.
