The interview process steps are standard for a client facing role but Outbrain adds a presentation to ensure your campaign management and presentation skills are up to par as there are many opportunities to meet with clients face to face.
First, there is a phone chat with recruitment, then a phone interview with a current member of the team. If you make it through those, you'll come in for your in-person interviews where you meet multiple current employees on the overall sales team. Lastly, candidates come back to give a short presentation.
It's a very thorough process and can seem long if you've been searching for a new workplace for a while; but the recruiting team is outstanding and does their best to make sure that you are well prepared for each step. Personally, I liked that interview feedback was given quickly and you knew if you were moving on in the process sooner rather than later.

I had a job interview in the beginning of August 2025. The HR promised to come back with feedback in September, because the manager would be away until then. By the end of September, I tried to remind them about myself, as I hadn't received a rejection. However, I was ghosted, and my email was never answered. A total waste of time and zero respect for the candidate. But thanks for adding a link to the Glassdoor, though

Entretien
I applied for a role at Teads online and was scheduled for an interview a few days later. During the interview, I felt the interviewer seemed somewhat uninterested, and I ended up doing most of the talking. At one point, I was asked to walk through my CV and highlight key parts of my experience, which gave the impression they hadn't reviewed my CV beforehand. It felt a bit like they were working through a quota of interviews for the day.
There was little clarification about the role itself or the expectations, and as a result, many of my questions about the position went unanswered.
