Good interview process, everything was clear enough, although schedules spoken changed once I was in the site. Salary transparency, effective interviewers, Attention was vital and I was mainly hooked because of that.

It is engaging and directed to knowing your strengths and weaknesses, it gave room for questioning the interviewers and knowing more about how the company functions. It also helped access your knowledge.
