Applied through a temp agency, who set me up for an in person the following week. I went down to their office (a hour drive), completed an assessment in person (personality test, group work assessment, Azure and basic IT questions) and then... nothing. Based on what I understood, no one was prepared for me to be there: the manager I was supposed to interview with was perpetually tied up in something the entire time, none of the on-site recruiters couldn't or wouldn't jump in, and a different manager who came to interview someone else had zero concern I had been waiting for over a hour after my assessment was completed. After almost 2 hours of being on site, no one showed up, which is completely disrespectful of my time and very reflective of company culture. I walked out.
