Interviewed with manager for 30 minutes and the district manager. The interviews were friendly and chatty. It covered different areas including skill, employment history, background, education and all. After the interview, I was given an offer and background check was requested prior to joining the company. I will say it was an average experience if you are familiar with the retail industry.
