The process was fast and straight forward, it starts with a phone-screeing type of meeting followed by a technical interview that includes a simple live problem solving session, no take home assignments and lastly a meeting with the higher management team.
The recruter was very communicative and fast to provide feedback.
Overall, It was a great experience.

Entretien
- First interview with internal recruiter (the best part of the process)
- Hackers Rank time-boxed test. Average difficulty.
- Interviews with the team and CEO
At some point, the internal recruiter called me to ask if I would be interested in a lead position (my application was for software engineer). Then the process was further extended to include new evaluations.
- Had two meetings with senior members of the company, together with the CEO as an observer.
At that point things became weird because they gave me 10 minutes to outline an architecture plan for a front end application that would be a dashboard consuming data from an API. There's not much one can do architecture-wise for such a simple application. I did what I could, but surely, my performance was below their expectations because after that, I was ghosted for two weeks and had to inquire the internal recruiter about the outcome.
What started very well, with me having a great impression about the company, finished in a sad way because I was left without a proper feedback on what I did wrong.
