The interview little bit difficult, because the user asked about technical things and study case. but it really challenging and interesting. In hr interview they asked basic question and you have to answer in english, but don't worry they allowed you to used bahasa if you don't get the word. I think the process recruitment is interseting, because they asked you to make paper about specific topic and you have to present the paper when user interview.
