After submitting my credentials for review, I was contacted by what seemed to be an automated prompt for additional information on personality. I replied quickly and in a couple of days received a request for a phone screen. The phone screen was conducted and a follow-up in-person was done a few days later. The following Monday I attended another set of interviews - one of which was planned, the other was ad hoc. While the interview process was rather quick, I did feel it was a bit rushed.
