I attended for Technical Lead role with 5+ years experience. 3 Technical rounds in which 2 rounds with Architects and one round with a Senior Architect followed by a HR discussion. Managerial round was telephonic which happened 2 days later(name sake). I was asked about my experience , previous projects and Product development experience in Managerial round. Since it was interviewed for Technical Lead position I got questions from areas below in Technical rounds. 1, Coding (3 programs) 2, Basic java , Collections, Multi-threading, Spring 3, OOPS concepts 4, SQL , Hibernate 5, Questions on real time scenario's with design and solutions for the Technical problem and challenges. 6, Database design 7, Design patterns In HR discussion, I was asked about my managers positives and negatives. Then salary discussion. HR dint negotiate much , offered as per my expectations.
