It was campus recruitment. Firstly had an Oniline Test (Both aptitude and technical) followed by a technical interview. The interview started with normal HR questions like intro, strengths/weaknesses, and then they asked some technical questions related to my favourite topics.

it was very nice working there. if you are someone who has interest to go for core electrical or mechanical roles, tata steel is for you as a government job(almost). you just need to have good basics and good projects to show case.
