It was based on cv short listing. I think it was based on the project work you have done. Hr and technical round happened together. Knowing Hindi would be a plus point. They asked me beginning with introduce yourself and then about project work. After that it was only from project and then asked about family background.
It was an online interview and questions were relatred to basics of mining like explosives, drilling, blasting, ventilation and they were very friendly and also the hr was good . overall a great experience
