Very poor, not at all organized. Even HR is not aware of the company and mostly ask other fellows around him. HR was not even aware which profile he was hiring for , never expected a TaTa company for such unorganized and biased hiring process.
Senior HR and one General Manager (both 20 yrs experience) informed different hierarchy of company

Entretien
Had two Zoom interviews. First with VP of organizaton. Second with hiring manager. I though the interview was fair and went well. Both interviews were well balanced and fair. Problem was, company engages in ghosting. No answer on repeated attempts on interivew/application status. Very unprofessional. Dodged a bullet here.

Questions were entirely on personal experience and not necessarily forward looking.
The hiring process was very good and it was over three rounds. The interviews were long in a good way and basically about my experience. It was good to hear the other people out regarding their views about the industry and their thoughts regarding the same.

Entretien
It was a very interesting and tough process but totally worth it as it gave me a good insight into the working and functioning of a big organization. I am glad i enjoyed it
