I was called for the first round technical interview and it went well. I was made to wait for an hour and was told to leave as the Manager was busy. I was called again for the manager round. After waiting for 2 hours, I was asked to leave saying that the manager is busy again. They were attempting to call again where i had to travel for 25 KM in Bangalore. I was then offered for a telephonic discussion. It was not effective as it was technical interview. It was a difficult experience and the recruiting team has to understand that we are spending our efforts and that needs to be recognized.
