I joined their virtual hiring process. It was a quick process even it is virtually. There is initial interview, questions are simple, mostly about yourself. Then assessments. Few days after I passed the initial and assessments, I received an email from them. Then, final interview. Wait for days to know if you've passed it and you will receive an offer.

Entretien
There were 2 rounds of interview and both were simple, you just need to have good conversation skills and confidence. You can opt for virtual as well as on-site interviews
The process was smooth, professional, and candidate-friendly.
Application & Screening
I applied online and got a call from HR within a few days.
They explained the role, shifts, and salary structure clearly.
Round 1 – HR Screening
Basic introduction about myself, my background, and why I want to join TaskUs.
Questions about communication skills, flexibility with shifts, and knowledge about the company.
Round 2 – Communication/Voice Assessment
A short test to check English fluency, pronunciation, and clarity.
Reading passages, listening comprehension, and a mock customer call scenario.

Entretien
The interview was good. The interview was held on Zoom, and the duration of the interview was 10 minutes. The interviewer was friendly, there were a total of 10 candidates in the meeting.
