Hard to find another company who is as fast as TaskUs in responding to applications during this pandemic. Very organized interview. I submitted my application (thru fb chat) on a Sunday and got phoned by them after only 4 days (Thurs). Initial interview it took us around 25 mins. to finish. The Talent Acquisition immediately endorsed me to a Food Delivery account later that day. Too many online exams even prior to receiving the I.I. interview (76 items quiz). Excessive exams and difficult to answer knowing there's a clock ticking. Not sure which part of the assessments I failed bc there were 3 types of it. Got asked if I wish to be reprofiled, said yes, didn't receive a single response since then. Eventually lost interest bc there are news spreading that the team will be back onsite. Didn't pursue anymore.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
* Initial interview:
- Tell me about yourself that is not in your resume (hobbies, interests)?
- Why did you leave your previous company?
- What did you do during your unemployed period?
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
- Basic questions.
* Online Assessments (3 types)
- Versant at the end + free speech
At first it was a breeze, some assessments then an initial interview and sample practical experience of what will be happening on the job (I was shown a telco account to be reviewed for 5 minutes then a mock call). I was then referred to a final interview in which the waiting time took so long + lunch break. The final interview was smooth though and the interviewer was kind. I received an email about the LOB, setup, salary package, and was required to answer the campaign specific assessment. After completing it, I did not received any more feedback or response. They left me hanging. A simple email even if it's a rejection would be better, but I did not hear from them since.

Almost everyday they conduct interviews via zoom and they also offer work from home jobs that is more relevant today. Gives so much opportunity to those who are far from the offices, less hassle for commute.
Easy, come in confident and willingness to learn. Don't be afraid to ask questions. Very chill process, discuss how your prior experience is relevant to the position. Recruiters are kind and want to know more about YOU and how you are a good fit for the company.
