The HR interview assesses your basic eligibility and communication skills.
They typically ask:

Are you comfortable working night shifts, weekends, or rotational shifts?

Questions about your education and previous work experience.

Entretien
There were 2 rounds of interview and both were simple, you just need to have good conversation skills and confidence. You can opt for virtual as well as on-site interviews
The process was smooth, professional, and candidate-friendly.
Application & Screening
I applied online and got a call from HR within a few days.
They explained the role, shifts, and salary structure clearly.
Round 1 – HR Screening
Basic introduction about myself, my background, and why I want to join TaskUs.
Questions about communication skills, flexibility with shifts, and knowledge about the company.
Round 2 – Communication/Voice Assessment
A short test to check English fluency, pronunciation, and clarity.
Reading passages, listening comprehension, and a mock customer call scenario.
