This has to be the most incompetent interviewing process I've ever seen. I was moved through a couple of rounds and then asked availability for the next round. After submitting my availability I was assigned an interview time not within my requested times. I sent several emails trying to reschedule and never received a response. Months later I've already accepted another offer and I'm still getting various emails from them about moving to the next stage despite not having any interaction. This is highly wasteful of candidates time and makes it difficult to take this company seriously.

Complete waste of my time. The interview consisted of 6-7 calls in total, whereas the Company knew salary expectations from the very beginning. I have passed all of the steps and at the end I was told my desired salary is too big so they would not going to hire me. If I knew that we won't agree on that, I would not participate in the interview process. Very unprofessional since I wasted 6-7 hours of my life for calls and preparation for them just to hear at the end that they didn't read my application. Strongly not recommended.
