Applied Online. A recruiter reached out and schedule a voice conversation. Recruiter told me that they will follow up, they even sent me a link to provide my availability and after that I got ghosted. I reached out a couple of times but the recruiter never responded.

Received an email, set up a call, after two weeks only there was another video call, Case Study, then another video call and another one as well. It took close to two months . If company has such a lengthy process and struggles to identify the right candidate , that’s a big concern. Later was sent the letter saying they found a qualified candidate. I am glad you did! I wish it didn’t take so long and you didn’t take so much of my time. That could have been done way earlier than that. The feeling is mutual , we are not a good match.
