Got chatted up about totally non-work related things. Started the following week. I've never had an interview that had so little to do with my actual qualifications before.

Entretien
Since the opportunity was offered to me by someone I knew, the interview process was simple. Laureen Hudson, Director of Services, called me to discuss the position requirements and my qualifications. When it was agreed that we were a good match, the compensation package was discussed. The job was verbally offered to me, and it was just a matter of consideration on my part from there.
