The interview process was facilitated by a third party hiring agent, who was helpful, positive and honest. There were three rounds of interviews, First a 1:1 with the hiring manager. Second was a panel with potential colleagues. The third was with the Director of the department I would be contributing to. There were no large gaps between interviews and I received regular follow-ups and communication throughout.
