A recruiter contacted me through a resume database for a conference. I had a phone interview with a recruiter, then a mostly behavioral interview at the conference, then flew for an on-site interview at their headquarters. There were about 20 of us interviewing for the Technology Leadership Program (new grad program) that day. They had a few presentations about Target, culture, benefits, etc. We had two one-on-one interviews with engineers; again mostly behavioral questions, with some technical-oriented questions, but no coding/implementation/algorithms type questions. Then we had a bus tour of Minneapolis and a networking reception.
