easy, they asked more so behavioral questions. such as handling conflict, diversity and inclusion, and previous job backgrounds. i did this interview online during 2022. only one round of interviews for me, i got the job.

How do you keep everyone included in the workspace?
Super easy one time phone call into orientation. Just make sure you pick up the phone as they do not provide an email first. Highly reccomend working at target if you can handle a lot of walking
Pretty easy! There were a series of questions asked to which you just record your answer to. If I remember correctly, you get 2 or 3 tries to film your response.
Easy, three steps of multiple choice questions, this or that, and a hirevue video done on your own time. Very simple process that I would do again. Easy application with quick responses.
