Recording video responses to questions and submitting them online. No interviewer present. Multiple attempts were allowed for each one and I was asked only 5 questions in total. Although I feel like it didn’t take much for me to get hired, I honestly found the online interview process very awkward and uncomfortable to do in comparison with an in person interview.

“How do you learn from and adjust to unexpected situations”
Super easy one time phone call into orientation. Just make sure you pick up the phone as they do not provide an email first. Highly reccomend working at target if you can handle a lot of walking
Pretty easy! There were a series of questions asked to which you just record your answer to. If I remember correctly, you get 2 or 3 tries to film your response.
Easy, three steps of multiple choice questions, this or that, and a hirevue video done on your own time. Very simple process that I would do again. Easy application with quick responses.
