Filled out initial application and then got sent an online hirevue which had around 6 questions. The hirevue gave some time to prepare each answer and you could retake the answer a couple of times.

Entretien
Interview is done through an app, done at your own convenience. It's followed by a quick phone interview that you just confirm your hours you are willing to work and pick your orientation date.

Target uses the STAR method for questions on the virtual interview that gives 3 tries and 3 minutes or less to answer and submit.
It was a virtual interview and I answered questions that were recorded. There was not any interaction with a person. I think i had the opportunity to re-record some questions and it was timed.

It was straightforward and also easy for me also they were asking basic questions like How can you help a customer if he is roaming around how would u aproach him and make them feel welcomed?
