Entretien
The real interview took place over the phone with the Backroom Team Lead, where they asked typical questions about your character and whatnot. A second interview did take place with the HR Team Lead, who mainly goes through the paperwork with you. Overall it was very easy and as long as you have some experience, somewhat competent and don't appear to be crazy, they will be likely to hire you.

Easy direction and nice to speak with. Met in the lunch room tho so it could’ve been more professional. Still has a pleasant experience and made it easy to accept the position

I met with two different team leaders who asked me some basic and situational questions. They were very adamant about making sure I was okay with coming in early (anywhere from 6-8 AM) and that I wouldn't be calling in sick a lot.

Its a regular interview, they ask a bit about your past work history and what made you leave past job. they also asked how you heard about the job openings and is there any days you may not be able to work in the following 6 moths.
