I applied for Target 2 weeks ago, and was called for an interview a week later. I got there early and the hiring manager setup the interview 5 mins later. The questions at first weren't too easy but they were lighter than I expected and she liked my answers until she did a 180 in last 2 questions which I wasn't prepared for and it was obvious I struggled with them in end she told me it was over and they'll email me if there any positions available.
Easy direction and nice to speak with. Met in the lunch room tho so it could’ve been more professional. Still has a pleasant experience and made it easy to accept the position

I met with two different team leaders who asked me some basic and situational questions. They were very adamant about making sure I was okay with coming in early (anywhere from 6-8 AM) and that I wouldn't be calling in sick a lot.

Its a regular interview, they ask a bit about your past work history and what made you leave past job. they also asked how you heard about the job openings and is there any days you may not be able to work in the following 6 moths.
