Walked in and they had me sit at Starbucks. They just asked a few questions on my experience and then my availability. Real easy and simple. People should have nothing to worry about.
Easy question and answer, felt honest and geniune. There were two back to back interviews, first with a team leader, then the executive lead. Not long after this I was given an offer.

Easy, quick, to the point. Not as stressful as I imagined. Initial interview followed by two more. Final interview was with HR ETL. It was a pleasant experience. I would recommend to prepare, but not over prepare.
