Interview process was fairly easy. Interviewed 3 times. Once with recruiter, once with HR Rep, once with Store TL. They asked a lot of situational questions, like "What would you do in this situation if....." Felt very comfortable interviewing with each person. They allow you to take your time answering each question.

Once applying you will be reached out to by a recruiter then you will typically go through 2 more interviews after the recruiter before receiving a job offer. Of those 2 interviews one is typically conducted at the store level then one will be conducted at the district level before extending a job offer.
