Applied at store kiosk. Contacted several days later for an in person interview. I spoke to the back room team leader & the Logistics ETL. The team leader ran me through a typical behavioral interview asking me a variety of questions such as Tell me about a time you were frustrated with your manager, how did you handle this? Following about twenty minutes of the the ETL came out & asked em the number of hours I'd like to work & described the tasks completed by back room & flow team members. Then the ETL - HR came out & made the offer. The entire process took about ninety minutes.
