I applied initially online, it took about three days for them to call me back I spoke with in an asset protection specialist, after some basic questions I was given an opportunity to meet with the managers, Two days later I had an interview with the asset protection specialist, that same day I met with the managers, about a week later I was offered a position, (after completing background and drug test)
Average they asked the standard questions that you would expect in a interview. Had to interview with 3 different individuals. Including a manager, director of department
And someone in Human Resources.department.
You have to record some videos answering some questions about your experiences and how they could translate to the position. After that, if approved, a recruiter reaches out to schedule an interview with the hiring manager at the store. Super simple!
