The first "initial call" is actually more like a 15 minute phone interview. At the end you will set up a second time to talk, at which point you will have a 30 minute phone interview. If they decide to give you an offer, you will be required to take a skills test, personality test, and drug test. Contingent on that information, they will give you a job/assignment.
