After initial application process, you will be emailed if you will go forward with the hiring process. If moved forward, they will eventually send you an email to do an online interview. The online interview consists of a handful of video questions where you will have time to think of your answer and video record yourself. You are allowed to record a few times just incase before submitting.

Entire interview took 8 minutes. The man had his mind made up before a word was spoken. Didn't even look up from his paper the entire time or actually write down what I was replying to his questions with.
