Over the phone first 2 interviews, in person the third one. Lots of questions about personal experiences but nothing about skills on the floor. The third one, which was the most important one, was very basic and superficial. I was expecting more about the skills set I would bring.

Great overall interview I was basically asked my visual merchandising experience and how can I be an asset to the store. The interview went very smooth. I would say apply at Target a lot of great opportunities
