As everybody has already covered, the Target interview process is heavy on behavioral type questions. I won't go into that much since it's been covered. First, I had a phone interview. They then set me up with an interview at a location 2 hours away. This interview was with two HR managers back-to-back, about 45 minutes each. I was really pumped, confident and vibing with the managers. I was told I did well and a few days later my recruiter called me: "You did well, and we want you to come back for a second round of interviews. Two weeks later, I found myself at the last interview with the DM of the Target district and the store manager. This interview was almost the exact same, but I unfortunately wasn't feeling the "vibe" with these two managers. They asked me a set of five behavioral questions, I asked them a few about the company and position, and in 35 minutes it was done. Now I'm left chewing my nails waiting for a call back or email that I did or didn't get the job. Overall, a pretty good interview experience, I just wish I didn't have to wait so long between interview rounds.

It was a two step interview process. Personable and you are able to interview with not only your direct managers but theirs as well. Provides transparency into your new team. My interview was virtual because I was moving to the area, but I'm sure they do in person for local folks.
