On-campus interview to start, followed by 3, 30 minute interviews. I ended up interviewing with my future boss, but that is not a given considering the intake process doesn't dedicate which IAs go to which areas until much later in the process.

Requires one to think deeply about forecasting, allocation and replenishment. Questions can vary starting from current experience, supply chain and Inventory Management concepts etc. Good to have 3-4 years of exp
Phone screen initially with an HR recruiter and then a second interview with an Inventory manager that had a set of four questions that were all "tell me about a time".

Asked specifically about time when I was able to use data to solve a problem. They are looking for very specific format of how you respond, the STAR method.
It was good very smooth as I had in campus process. The interviewer was very much experienced and patient with all of us. Overall a good experience. They conducted 3 rounds of interview in total after aptitude.
