You go through their door, tell HR that you're there for an interview. They'll take you to the break room. Then whenever an Executive Team Lead (ETL) is free, they'll interview you. You go through 2 people, usually a team lead and etl. they tell you on the spot

Easy question and answer, felt honest and geniune. There were two back to back interviews, first with a team leader, then the executive lead. Not long after this I was given an offer.

Easy, quick, to the point. Not as stressful as I imagined. Initial interview followed by two more. Final interview was with HR ETL. It was a pleasant experience. I would recommend to prepare, but not over prepare.
