I had a quick Interview with HR, then with the beauty manager, then with one of the store manager. HR just asked about my education and preview employment. Beauty manager focused on customer service questions and beauty products. And the manager just asked more customer service and time management questions.

Fairly easy. They asked the basic customer service questions. Some beauty related like what’s a current trend that I’m interested in, name 3 target beauty products that I would recommend, and how would I help a customer is they came in looking for a beauty product that target did not carry.
Applied online and completed an online video interview where you recorded yourself answering questions. You had three retakes before you had to submit the final version. After I got a call with minimal questions and offered the job.

Very formal. Asked my strengths and weaknesses which was very in depth. They asked my why I wanted to work there and what i could contribute to the team. Make sure you come prepared with answers about yourself and why you want to work there
