Entretien
I applied online on the target website. They answered me via email 2 hours later, saying that they would be interesed for an interview. I choose the hour and day of my interview .
I came to the store and i was interviewed by 3 people. The first one was the starbucks manager. He asked me to describe myself and few situations in which i had to solve a problem. The second person, asked me again to describe myself and why i want to work at target. Once again, i had to explain her how i managed to solve some problems. The third one, just asked some basic questions.
After about an hour of interview, a manager came and told me : we offer you a job at target and welcome to our team! :).
The situations questions may seem intimidating, but actually it was fun! The managers were really friendly and outgoing. We were joking around at the same time and it didnt seem like an interview. Just stay yourself :)

It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure

I answered 5 recorded interview questions and 1 Q&A. You get 2-3 mins to answer the 5 questions, and the Q&A has no time limit, it was surprisingly easy to prepare myself for.
