The first interview went fine, and then I was called in for a second interview. I drove over 2 hours for the second interview and I waited over 20 minutes for a human resource person to meet me at Guest Services area. Then the HR person proceeded to walk me without saying any word to the Starbucks. The second interview lasted 8 minutes she just asked me basic questions and I commented that i applied for Human Resource position....made me feel awful literally 8 minute second interview

Asked in depth questions pertaining to experience and conflict resolution. Felt very engaged and connected. Did feel a little nervous but that is more personal than professional. Would recommended going in person versus the online video interview.

They called for phone screening without scheduling in advance. I felt like I was obligated to talk on the spot not to ruin my chances. Awkward interaction. Wouldn’t recommend. Would prefer to schedule in advanced.

The interview process at Target was very basic process. I was not asked many questions and hired on the spot. Made the hiring process very easy. They did not ask many questions at all.
