Massive hiring event of 300+ people and was well organized, they had a lot of tables with a lot of managers to interview multiple people at once. It was a weekend long event and they hired about 1/3 of the people they interviewed
There was a mass hiring event with over a hundred candidates.. The interviewer asked behavioral questions. I was also asked about my customer service background, warehouse skills, and transferable skills I possessed. I was given a drug test and a job offer on the spot.

Very professional and upbeat, wear nice clothes and be upbeat. The job is a Distribution Center but is a very clean work environment. Keep that in mind when interviewing

Got a call quickly, group interviews, long wait for start date due to the conversion of the location from an import warehouse to an upstream distribution center, needed to be more informative of processes for scheduling for team members with secondary jobs.
